Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (AGM) of the
association will be held on Sunday 30 May 2004 from 2:00-4:30 PM at Bharat
Bhawan, 4425 Notre Dame West, Montreal, QC H4C 1R4. You are cordially
invited to attend. The agenda is as follows:

At the last Past Presidents' meeting held on April 12, 2002 it was decided
that there will be no election commissioners, and nominations will be made
from the floor. We look forward to dedicated people willing to serve on the
Executive. As well, despite the outcome of elections, the standing
committees of the Association will continue.
